ชื่อคอนเสิร์ต ‘The TENSE’ (เดอะ เทนส์) ที่เลือกโดย TAEYEON (แทยอน) มีคอนเซปต์เกี่ยวกับคำว่า ‘กาล (Tense)’ เพื่อบอกเล่าประวัติศาสตร์ที่ไม่มีใครเทียบได้ของศิลปินเดี่ยวที่ครบรอบเดบิวต์ 10 ปีอย่างเธอ ผ่านเซ็ตลิสต์ที่แบ่งปันทุกช่วงเวลาอย่างครบถ้วน ทั้งอดีตที่ผ่านมา ปัจจุบันที่ยืนอยู่บนเวที และอนาคตที่จะก้าวไป ผสมผสานกับการเน้นไปที่ ‘ตัวของ TAEYEON (แทยอน)’ พร้อมเพิ่มความพิเศษยิ่งกว่าครั้งไหน ด้วยโปรดักชันที่ถูกออกแบบมาอย่างตั้งใจ อาทิ เวที 3 ชั้น, จอแอลอีดีขนาดยักษ์ สูง 10 เมตร กว้าง 46 เมตร, สายพานลำเลียงยาว 6 เมตร, ลิฟต์ 7 ตัว, เลเซอร์ 14 ตัว, ระบบควบคุมการเปลี่ยนสีแท่งไฟออฟฟิเชียล, กระดาษโปรย 8 แบบ โดยเฉพาะลวดลายภาพวาดซองจดหมายและข้อความซึ้ง ๆ จากลายมือของ TAEYEON (แทยอน) ที่มีความหมายว่า “วันนี้ได้สร้างความทรงจำใหม่อีกครั้ง♡” “ขอบคุณที่อยู่ด้วยกันในช่วงเวลานี้” “อย่าลืมนะ จดจำเอาไว้” “TAE YEON NEEDS S♡NE FOREVER” แถมเธอยังเป็นคนคิดน้ำหอมใส่กระดาษโปรยเพื่อให้ผู้ชมจดจำกลิ่นอายเฉพาะของคอนเสิร์ตนี้ ตลอดจนสเปเชียลเอฟเฟกต์ต่าง ๆ แสง สี เสียง และวงดนตรีสด ที่เติมเต็มมิติของเวทีและความเพลิดเพลินแทบทุกประสาทสัมผัส

TAEYEON — the Timeless Vocal Queen — presents a live masterpiece that reflects her 10-year history as a solo artist through ‘TAEYEON CONCERT – The TENSE in BANGKOK’

     TAEYEON crafted a live masterpiece in her sixth full-scale solo concert in Thailand, ‘TAEYEON CONCERT – The TENSE in BANGKOK’, held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 (6:00 PM) and Sunday, June 1, 2025 (4:00 PM) at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani. With this return, TAEYEON has become the first Korean female solo artist to hold solo concerts at IMPACT Arena for two consecutive times.

The concert title, ‘The TENSE’, selected by TAEYEON herself, centers on the concept of ‘Tense’, aiming to recount her unparalleled history as a solo artist marking her 10th debut anniversary. The setlist captured the past, the present moment on stage, and a step into the future — a complete journey through time that emphasized ‘the very essence of TAEYEON’. The show was elevated by a thoughtfully designed production, including a three-tier stage, a massive 10-meter-high, 46-meter-wide LED screen, a 6-meter-long conveyor belt, 7 lifts, 14 laser units, color-controlled official fanlight, and eight types of confetti. Notably, the confetti featured hand-drawn envelope illustrations and heartfelt handwritten messages from TAEYEON such as: “New memory created today ♡”, “Thank you for being here together in this moment”, “Don’t forget. Remember this” and “TAE YEON NEEDS S♡NE FOREVER”. She even personally created the fragrance infused in the confetti to leave a lasting sensory memory of the concert. The entire experience was completed with stunning special effects, lighting, sound, and a live band that stimulated every sense.

A grand chime rang out, followed by music that heralded the majestic arrival of everyone’s favorite ‘Vocal Queen’ TAEYEON. She appeared from the very first song, ‘Fabulous’, showcasing her dazzling vocals before gracefully ascending a 6-meter staircase. A short VCR then presented a confident TAEYEON in the present walking past her past self, symbolizing actions that have happened on the past are happening in the present. This transitioned into the next stage, where she performed her solo debut track ‘I’, marking a beautiful solo beginning, followed by her latest track ‘Letter To Myself’, performed for the first time in Thailand. The next segment, likened to a paradise for fans, featured a floral stage setup and soul-stirring voice of ‘Blue Eyes’, ‘Make Me Love You’, and ‘Heaven’. Then, the mood shifted dramatically as if TAEYEON, once angelic, was turned into a devil — captivating the audience with her unique choreography and irresistible charisma in ‘Hot Mess’ and ‘Cold As Hell’.

The most impactful scene was when TAEYEON stood radiantly on an elevated stage at the center of a pair of giant metallic wings that dramatically descended in ‘INVU’, creating a breathtaking spectacle — further enhanced by a projector casting images and shadows onto a translucent curtain over 13 meters long. In addition, her exceptional vocal technique was further highlighted through a seamless musical arrangement that sustained the emotional flow across songs: ‘월식 (My Tragedy)’ delivered a powerful wave of sorrow through her commanding vocals; ‘Melt Away’ melted hearts with unique vocal nuances; ‘To. X’ conveyed a chilling, poignant tone; and ‘What Do I Call You’ left a lasting impression with her continuous, sustained singing, accompanied by a set of picture frames slowly descending onto the center of the stage.

TAEYEON then shifted the weekend mood to a brighter, more cheerful atmosphere with fan-favorite upbeat tracks like ‘Weekend’, ‘스트레스 (Stress)’, ‘Why’, ‘바람 바람 바람 (Baram X 3)’. She also performed timeless hits like ‘사계 (Four Seasons)’ and emotionally resonant pieces that only she can deliver to perfection, such as ‘Disaster’, ‘Ending Credits’, ‘Time Lapse’, ‘All For Nothing’ and the powerful highlight, ‘Blur’, where she stunned the audience with her sky-high vocal peaks. The concert reached its heartfelt conclusion with ‘Curtain Call’, which featured images of the audience as the backdrop, followed by the much-missed fan-favorite ‘U R’.

It is sure that Thai S♡NE (official fandom name) prepared several surprises for TAEYEON, including wearing rose-shaped headbands to express their love, and headbands shaped like ‘TAENGGEU’, a character she designed herself. Fans also displayed banners reading, “PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE – ALWAYS WITH 태연” and “태연아 노래해줘서 고마워요♡ (TAEYEON, thank you for singing.)” They held up placards that read, “10 years with 태연MY LIFE IS A BEAUTY,” and “ALWAYS HERE, IN ALL TENSE.” Additionally, fans used lightboxes to form the phrases “소원 ❤ 태연 (S♡NE loves TAEYEON)” and “????TY 만세 (Long live TAEYEON).”

TAEYEON’s 10-year journey as a solo artist — past, present, and future — was woven into a performance more precious than any masterpiece, delivered through 25 songs over more than two hours. Most importantly, special thanks go to the beloved S♡NE who have always stood by, believed in, and supported TAEYEON in all tense. Once again, TAEYEON mesmerized the entire audience, reaffirming her place as the “Timeless Vocal Queen everyone trusts”.
